Speks 15-Day Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Speks! If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return process within 1515 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@speksfashion.com to initiate the return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
